Bright Horizons, International British School, Zagreb were pleased to enter the Minecraft Education World Build Challenge – Jan 2024.
Pupils created worlds around the theme of “Community in an Extreme Environment”, so they had to first explore the theme and think about how to keep plants, animals and humans alive and thriving in maybe extreme heat, ice, floods, tornadoes, etc
Then they recorded a video showcasing the build and uploaded that on flip.
Minecraft assessed the entries based on use of the theme, complexity, originality and creativity and explanation-presentation.
A Bright Horizons pupil was chosen as the lucky winner! Huge congratulations to Lewis Hart, in the grade 6-12 age group.
